At the bottom of the left window you will see a panel with three buttons. If you only want to link one item from the pending tray, click on the 'Link one' button. If you want to link all the items from a pending tray (one at a time), click on the 'Link all' button. If you want to delete an item from the pending tray, highlight the item as before and then click on the 'Delete' button. A word of caution, once an item has been deleted from the pending tray you can not recover it.

Once you have clicked on either the 'Link one' or 'Link all' buttons the linking screen should appear showing the item you have selected to link.
If the item that you are linking is a scanned image the linking screen should be similar to the example above. |
